'One' story

Sam Yap started order fulfilment business in 2015 - an overseas friend asked to help fulfiling his UK sales orders when the existing fulfilment supplier went under. With limited knowledge in order fulfilment, Sam learnt the hard way and, using his knowledge gained in the aerospace industry, developed an efficient fulfilment operational system over the next few months. While helping out his friend, Sam realised that there are many overseas entrepreneurs needing a reliable fulfilment company to support their business growth, without language and cultural barriers.

Guarding with the aim to help overseas businesses, Sam sells his vision to other founders and One Fulfilment was born.
